O Mary, conceived without sin, wishing this day to place myself under Thy protection,
I, a child of Mary, do hereby consecrate myself entirely to Thee. I offer Thee my
body, my soul, my mind, my heart, and all that I am. Take me under Thy mantle and
keep me ever close to Thy Immaculate Heart.
